Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes the current public site plainly: contact-form submissions, basic page delivery, and language-specific access.

This page describes the site honestly. It does not bury you in legal padding.

What you can share with OZJF

The main place you can send personal information is the contact form. The form collects:

  • Name.
  • Email address.
  • Organization, if you want to share it.
  • Inquiry type.
  • Your message.
  • The page and language you used when you sent it.

If you do not use the form, you are just browsing public pages.

How we use that info

We read your message, route it to the right person, and keep enough context to follow up. A press inquiry and a general question need different handling. A message tied to a specific page may need that page context saved.

The site is not built for behavioral advertising. It does not run a user account system, a public comment feed, or an online donation checkout.

Third-party services on the site

The contact form runs through Formspree, which has its own security and privacy info. The site also loads hosted web fonts from Google. Like most websites, those services may see standard technical data from ordinary web requests, such as IP address, browser details, and request metadata.

If you click a link from OZJF to another site, that site follows its own rules.

Your choices

If you do not want to share personal info, do not submit the form. If you did submit it and need privacy follow-up, use the contact page. Label the request clearly so we can handle it as a privacy issue.
