Good governance is how an advocacy organization earns trust. You should be able to understand how OZJF makes decisions, what boundaries it follows, and what standards govern conflicts and accountability.
We also keep one boundary on purpose. OZJF takes no outside donations and has no legislative goals, so the team has chosen not to publish fuller personal leadership detail at this stage. That is a deliberate privacy choice, not a missing page.
Here is the standard OZJF is trying to meet:
- Clear internal decision-making authority.
- Written conflict-of-interest rules with real recusal.
- No outside donor influence, because OZJF takes no outside donations.
- No legislative whip operation or legislative program, because OZJF has no legislative goals.
Use this page as a statement of structure and boundaries. Use the leadership page for the public description of who provides the work, and use the transparency section for the rest of the standards OZJF is willing to publish.
