Privacy policy
This privacy page should describe the current public build truthfully. OZJF currently collects personal information mainly through the site contact form and the operational data needed to serve language-specific pages. The goal of this page is clarity, not legal theater.
Information currently collected through the site
- Name
- Email address
- Organization, if supplied
- Inquiry type
- Message content
- Site locale and page route submitted with the form
How the information is used
OZJF uses that information to respond to inquiries, route messages internally, track which page generated the inquiry, and maintain basic supporter, partner, or media follow-up. The public codebase does not currently advertise a behavioral advertising layer or a public analytics suite. The contact form is handled through Formspree, which publishes its own security and privacy information.
Third-party services and requests
The public site currently loads hosted web fonts and submits the contact form through a third-party form processor. Visitors should assume that those providers may receive standard request data such as IP address, browser information, and request metadata when the page or form loads.
Your choices
If you do not want to use the contact form, do not submit personal information through it. If you need a privacy-related follow-up, use the contact route and label the inquiry accordingly so it can be handled as a privacy request.
