Not every advocacy issue needs a petition. When this route is used, it should be because a named audience, a named ask, and a clear public objective exist.

The route is live now so future petition campaigns can land in a stable place without pretending there is already a petition library worth indexing.

If OZJF uses petitions here later, each one should state what it asks for, who the target is, and what happens after signatures are collected.
