Form 990 disclosure
A Form 990 route should not pretend that a filing exists on the public site if it does not. As of April 18, 2026, OZJF.com does not yet publish a downloadable Form 990, TEOS profile link, or filing-year summary on this route.
Why this matters
In the United States, Form 990 disclosure is one of the fastest ways for a donor, journalist, or critic to test whether a nonprofit organization is serious about transparency. The IRS instructions for Form 990 and the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search are the relevant public reference points.
Current public state
This site does not yet provide the filing itself, the filing year, or a direct TEOS lookup path. Until those records are posted, this page should be read as a transparency commitment, not as proof that public filing access has already been completed.
