Governance records
Governance records matter because they answer the most basic legitimacy question: who is responsible for this institution, and what public record exists of that responsibility? As of April 18, 2026, OZJF.com does not yet publish bylaws, board rosters, committee charters, or meeting records on this route.
What belongs here
A complete governance-record page would link to governance policies, board or advisory structure, conflict and recusal rules, and any public-facing records the organization chooses to disclose.
Why the gap matters
A transparency page is not finished simply because the route exists. If the organization wants skeptical readers to trust it, this is one of the pages that eventually has to contain real records or a reasoned disclosure boundary.
Current posture
For now, the site can honestly say that the route is reserved for governance disclosures that have not yet been posted publicly.
